To whom it may concern:
All I want to do is add a 6 x 10 deck adjacent to a little Walmart pool I boug ta my
son for his birthday. It is in the center of my backyard, surrounded by an 'foot
privacy fence. It will have steps and rails. The house at 1810 Chatham Avenue is on
a small 70'X 60' lot and all of the set backs are grandfathered since it was deeded in
the 1930's. I have attached a copy of the survey I had done in 2006 and drew the
little deck in the middle (highlighted green).
I was told I needed to have the fence gate swing out with a spring hinge and that
doors to the house need UL approved alarms so I will add these too.
Please review this and let me know as soon as you can because I have time off next
weekend and the wood has been piled on my back deck for over a month.
