MEDINA'
ORDINANCE NO. 264
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE MEDINA ZONING MAP
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section`1: The Medina zoning map is
herebyy amended to change the following
described property from RR (rural resi-
dential) to PUD-I (planned unit develop-
ment industrial):
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No.
1210, Files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, except.thatpart thereof lying
East of the following described line and its
Northerly extension: Commencing at the
most Southerly comer of Tract B, said
registered land survey; thence North-
westerly along the Easterly line of said
Tract A a distance of 224.88 feet to an
angle point in said Easterly line thence
Northeasterly along said Easterly line a
distance of 13 feet to the point of begin-
ning of the line being described thence
deflecting left 64 degrees 20' to the North
line of said Tract A and there ending.
and
That part of Tract A, Registered Land
Survey No. 1210, Files of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin, lying East of
the following described line and its North-
erly extension: Commencing at the most
Southerly corner of tract B, said .regis-
tered land survey; thence Northwesterly
along the Easterly line of said Tract A a
distance of 224.88 feet to an angle point in
said Easterly line; thence -Northeasterly
along said Easterly line a distance of 13
feet to the point of beginning of the line
being described; thence deflecting left 64
degrees 20' to the North line of said Tract
A, and there ending.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City
of Medina this 9th day of March, 1992.
