MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The City Council of the City of Medina
has adopted Ordinance No. 265. The new
ordinance is a comprehensive revision of
the City's park regulations. It provides a
list of activities which are prohibited in City
parks as well as those which require a
permitfrom the Chief of Police. In cases in
which a permit is required, the ordinance
provides standards to be used by the
Chief of Police in the issuance of the
permit. Denial of a permit may be ap-
pealed to the city council. The full text of
Ordinance No. 265 is available at Medina
city hall during regular business'hours.
