AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR T}r ANNUAL
EMERGENCY SEWER SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Cart eret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the annual Sewer
Service Contract; and
NOW /, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlese ;t, State of New Jersey as follows:
1, That the appropriate. Borough Officials are hereby authorized to prepare bid
specifications and contract documents and to advertise for receipt of bids based
upon the same for Emergency Sewer Services Contract.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 21" day of March, 2013 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
March 22 " . 2013.
