ENTITLED LAND DEVELOPMENT - MINIMUM ESCROW
FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of tile Borough
of Ca~:teret that Chapter ]60-46.], of the code
of the Borough of Carteret be amended as fo[lows:
C. Attorneys fees for professional services shall be:
1. Minor subdivision $400.00 per lot
2. Major subdivision $675.00 per lot
3. Site plan $550.00 per acre or any
part thereof
4. Variance $450.00 per lot
This ordinance shal] take effect upon passage and
publication as provided by ]aw.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that Chapter 160-46.1, of the Code
of the Borough of Carteret be amended as follows:
C. Attorneys fees for professional services shall be:
I. Minor subdivision $400.00 per lot
2. Major subdivision $675.00 per lot
3. Site plan $550.00 per acre or any
part thereof
4. Variance $450.00 per lot
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and
publication as provided by law.
