A RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE: CITY OF LYNWOOD
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING
WARRANTS THEREFOR

The Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows.

Section 1. That the demands
presented, having been regularly audited, are hereby allowed and
approved, and that
warrants ordered drawn therefor
by the Agency Treasure to the payee and in the amounts indicated.
