ORDINAN£ E ESTABLISItlNG AN URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE
WIIEREAS, by Ordinance #95-6 adopted Februal7 2. 1905 the Borough
established an ['rban Enterprise Zone: and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret did determine that
alleviation of econoniic distress, high unemployment and blighted conditions within
the Borough warranted submission of an application fbi' Urban Enterprise Zone
revisions in accordance withNJ.AC 12A:121-1.6 to revise the boundaries °fthe
Urban Enteiprise Zone, which application was approved by the New Jersey Enterprise
Zone Authority Janual>' 1 I. 1995
NO~', THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the heretofore designated Urban
Enterprise Zone be revised and the aforesaid Ordinance #95-6 be amended, so that
as so revised and amended there shall be included within the Urban Enterprise Zone
so that as so revised and amended there shall be included within the Landfill
Reclamation Improvement District the area more particularly described in Schedule
A annexed hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth verbatim
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that, as hereby amended, the aforesaid Ordinance
#95-6 is hereby in all respects, ratified, confirmed and approved
