ORDINANCE NO. 272
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 720.95 OF THE MEDINA
CODE
OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO
INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL
SYSTEMS
The City Council of the City of Medina
Ordains as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 720.95 is amended by adding
the underlined material and deleting the
ctrickea. material as follows:
720.95. Rwic lic$iennial Inspections.
All conventional and innovative sewage
disposal systems must be inspected by
an inspector selected by the City. The
inspector must submit to the City Clerk -
Treasurer a report regarding the inspec-
tion in a form satisfactory to the City. All
components must be inspected, includ-
ing measurement of the depth of the
sludge and scum in the septic tanks. The
inspection must be conducted and the
report submitted every fcurty.o years or
upon any transfer of the property, which-
ever occurs first. The cost of such inspec-
tion shall be payable by the property
owner in accordance with the fee sched-
ule adopted by the city council.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall become effective
upon its adoption and publication.

of Medina this 20th day of October, 1992.
