HomeMy Public PortalAbout273 Affidavit of PublicationNOTICE: MEDINA ORDINANCE NO. 273 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 826.25 AND 826.26.6 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows: SECTION I: Sections 826.25 (Rural Residential) and 826.26.6 (Suburban Residential) of the City Code shall be amended by delet- ing the clock 4-material and adding the underlined material as follows: 826.25. Lot Area, Height, Lot Width, and Setback Requirements. Subdivi- sion 1. No building hereafter erected shall exceed two and one half (2 1/2) stories or thirty (30) feet in height as defined in. section 827,07. subd. 12 except farm buildings and except as regulated by Subdivision 5 of this section. Subd. 2. The following minimum lot sizes, width, depth and setback require- ments shall be observed subject to addi- tional requirements, exceptions, and modifications set forth in other sections of this Ordinance (a) Two (2) acres where the lot area contains at least 2 acres of contiguous soils suitable for a conventional sewage disposal system installation as defined in the Medina Sewer Code. (b) Five (5) acres where the lot area contains at least 5 acres of contiguous soils suitable for an innovative sewage disposal system installation, as defined in the Medina Sewer Code. (c) Five (5) acres where the lot area contains a minimum of one-half (1/2) acre of contiguous soils suitable for a conven- Ammo tional sewage disposal system installa- don, as defined in the Medina Sewer State of Minnesota County of Wright County of Hennepin as Affidavit of Publication Don R.
