ORDINANCE ESTABLISItlNG A LANDFII,L RECLAMATION
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
'~'IIEREAS, b,, Ordinance ,~95-40, adopted August 17, 1995. the Borough.
pursuant to thc a~.~thority granted the Borough by Chapter 173 of the Laws of the
State of Nexx Jersey, did designate Block 11 01, I 1.03, 1104 and 113 as a Landfill
Reclamation Improvement District; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the c~tizens of tile Borough to reclaim
underutilized land. promote economic growth and employment within the Borough
and in fi~rt|~erance of the foregoing to assure clarity and accuracy respecting the
description of the land designated for reclamation
NOW, THEREFORF., BE ri ORDAINED that the heretotbrc designated Landfill
Reclamation hnprovement District boundaries be revised, and the aforesaid Ordinance
#95-40 be amended, so that as so revised and amended there shall be included within
the l.andfill Reclamation hnprovement District the area more pa~Xicularly described
in Schedule A annexed hereto and incorporated hereto as though set fbrth verbatim
BE IT FURl'HER ORDAINED that, as hereby amended, the atbresaid Ordinance
#95-40 is hereby ii1 all respects, ratified, confirmed and approved
