PUBLIC NOTICE
The City Council of the City of Medina
has adopted Ordinance No. 276. The
ordinance amends the standard s a public
pertain-
ing to when a barking dog
nuisance. The amended ordinance
states that a dog creates a public nui-
sance when its barking unreasonably
annoys its neighbors. The language is
intended to remove the ambiguity of the
existing ordinance. The full text of Ordi-
nance No. 276 is available at the Medina
City Hall during regular business hours.
