A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SOLICIT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE LYNWOOD AUTO CENTER
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City's purchasing ordinance requires a formal RFP
process for contracts over $15,000; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency adheres to ordinances adopted
and enforced by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency will solicit a Request for
Proposals for professional Appraisal Services to assist in the acquisition process
for the Lynwood Auto Center Project.
NOW THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood
authorizes staff to issue a Request for Proposals for Professional Appraisal
Services in connection with the Lynwood Auto Center Project.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4 1 day of April, 2006.
