AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH AMEREN MISSOURI
COMPANY TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE ROUTE B -TANNER BRIDGE
SEWER EXTENSION .
WHEREAS , Ameren Missouri Company requires a connection fee to extend three-phase
electrical service from Christy Lane to the new Route B Pump Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Ameren
Missouri Company for the electrical service extension to the new Route B Pump Station .
Section 2. The contract shall be substantially the same in form and content attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
