eff cts on surrounding land n9ee and that the city's toning and other ordinances do
not adequately regulate mach usee. The council hae authorised a study' to be
undertaken to review the evidence regarding the secondary effects of adult uses and
to evaluate whet changes should be made to Medina's ordinances. In order to protect
the planning process end the health ,safety and welfare of the citizens during. the
per od of review, the Interim ordinance prohibits tha Bretton of any adult use until
after the city has had an opportunity to emend Its ordinances. The full text of
