AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
2012-2013 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , BY
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE WASTEWATER FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropri ated wit hin the Wastewater
Fund $50,000 as indicated on Ex hibit A , attached hereto.
Section 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
