AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB (FLEET)
OWNER'S LICENSE TO RIAZ JANJUA FOR THE 2013 -2014 LICENSE

WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
(Fleet) Owner's License for the 2013 -2014 License Term, trading as
SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
(Fleet) Owner's License for the 2013 -2014 License Term be granted to the
applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue Riaz Janjua, a Taxicab (Fleet) Owner's
License for the 2013 -2014 License Tenn.
Adopted this 11 th day April, 2013 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on April 12, 2013.
