ORDINANCE NO. 282
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 826.07, ET SEQ.
OF THE MEDINA CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO
THE AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION ZONING DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows:
SECTION I:
Sections 826.07, 826.09, 826.11, 826.13 and 826.15 are amended by adding the
xi ed material and deleting the ctrickcn material as follows:
826.07.

826.09 Permitted Uses. Within the Aagricultural Ilreservation zon
District, no structure or land shall be used except for one or more of the following
uses:

826.11. Conditional Uses . Within the Aagricultural ppreservation zoning
$district, no structure or land shall be used for the following uses except by
conditional use permit:

Subd. 443. A second home, in addition to the permitted farmstead residence
of 8440 acres or larger, if placed on the farm building site and if used to house
members of the resident farming family or for help employed full-time on the farm and
if the need for such an additional unit to support and carry on the principal use has
