SALARY SCHEDULES AND FIXING THE MANNER OF PAYMENT OF
SALARIES FOR VA~OUS OFFIC~LS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTE~T
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OFMIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following Amendment of the above entitled ordinance be
made in Section 1 ~
Police Department 1/1/95
Public Safety Telecommunicators - Employed on or before December 31, 1993:
First Year $20,476
Second Year $22,530
Third Year $24,586
Public Safety Telecommunicator Trainees - Employed on or after January 1, 1994:
First Year $19,019
Second Year $19,888
Third Year $21,519
Fourth Year $23,666
Fifth Year $24,586
Senior Public Safety Telecommunicators
Effective January 1, 1993, there shall be a payment of $250.00 per annum added to
the base salary.
Effective January 1, 1995, there shall be an additional $250.00 per annum added to
the base salary for a total of $500.00 per annum.
SECTION 2: That the Schedule of Compensation of this Ordinance shall take effect
upon passage and publication as provided by taw.
