ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL DRUG ALLIANCE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (hereinafter `Borough ") is in need of establishing a
Municipal Drug Alliance Board to administer its respective responsibilities under its
grant award.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. There is hereby established a Municipal Drug Alliance Board with the
authority to perfomt said responsibilities as required according to law.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 12, 2013.
