ORDINANCE NO. 284
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows:
SECTION I:
The property legally described as follows is hereby rezoned from Rural Residential to
Agricultural Preservation:
The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 118, Range 23.
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28,
Township 118, Range 23, lying east of the west 325.89 thereof.
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28,
Township 118, Range 23, lying east of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter distant 325.92 feet east of the northwest
corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence
southerly to a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter distant 980.32 feet west of the southeast
corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, and said
line there terminating.
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 4th day of April , 1995.
