AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2013 -2014 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for Express Taxi LLC for the 2013 -2014 License Term
by the following:
ADALBERTO VISCIGLIA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2013 -2014 License Tenn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2013-
2014 License Term to Adalberto Visciglia.
Adopted this I Ith day of April, 2013
and certified as a true copy of the original
on April 12, 2013..
