AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 MOA.B CITY CODE 1965 AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOA.B, UTAE:
THAT Section 27-5-2 of the Ordinance of Moab City,
relating to the official zoning* map of the City of Moab,
is, hereby amended by the addition of the following;:
"(J)The following described real property zoned
Zone, is hereby rezoned as I-1 Industrial Zone.
Beginning at a point which is common with the SE corner of
the State Road Yard and which bears North approximately 1060 feet,
and East approximately 1320 feet from SW Corner, Section 1, T263, R27E,
SLB&M, and proceeding thence North with the East boundary fence of the
State Raod Yard 400 feet, thence East 220 feet, thence South 400 Feet,
thence West 220 feet along the North side of Kane Creek Boulevard to the
point of beginning. "(Said describedproperty is located on Kane Creek
Boulevard.)
Passed by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City Council
of the City of Mbab, Utah, this 7 day of June, 1977.
