RESOLUTION NO. LII 86 -1
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. ALLOWING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR:
The Board of the Lynwood Information, Inc. does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the demands presented, having been regularly
audited, are hereby allowed and approved, and that warrants ordered
drawn therefor by the Corporation's Treasurer to the payees and in the
amounts indicated.
