RESOLUTION NO. 92 -$
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors held a workshop for budget
discussion and to allow for public comment prior to adoption;
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Di?�!cE3rs' "of Lynwood Information,
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Annul Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year
1992/93 is hereby approved.
Section 2. During the upcoming fiscal year, i manager
or his designee is hereby authorized to approve any transfer
between accounts, provided that:
1. They are within the same general group of accounts (Personnel,
Operations or Capital Outlay),
2. They do not exceed $10,000.00 per transfer.
' Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND this 4th day of August
1992.

THE ANNUAL
OPERATION BUDGET FOR F.Y.
1992/93.

WHEREAS,
the City
Manager has
submitted a proposed Annual
Operating Budget for the
Fiscal Year
1992/93, and
WHEREAS,
the Board
of Directors has studied the proposed
budget; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors held a workshop for budget
discussion and to allow for public comment prior to adoption;
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Di?�!cE3rs' "of Lynwood Information,
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Annul Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year
1992/93 is hereby approved.
