LII -RESOLUTION NO. 92 -11
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC AUTHORIZING
THE REAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO COVER OUTSTANDING
ENCUMBRANCES COSTS AT THE END OF FISCAL YEAR 1991 -92
I WHEREAS, the Agency Chairman and Board Members have
approved a budget for F.Y. 1992 -93; and
WHEREAS, encumbrances for F.Y. 1991 -92 were not
included in Operating Budget for F.Y. 1992 -92; and
WHEREAS, purchase orders were issued and invoices
had not been received nor paid for goods and services prior to
June 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reappropriate funds to
_ cover payment of outstand.r.g encumbrances for year ending
June 30, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Chairman and Board Members does
hereby order and proclaim as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee
is authorized to make the following appropriations:
