time with rhymes & games
for children ages 0-3 (with
adult).
The Great Books Club ~
every last Thursday/month

Book Sale and Library Card
Party ~ Saturday Sept.3rd, 10-
2:00 p.m., adult and children’s
books; videos and more! Full bag
for $2! Enjoy scoop of ice cream
and discover easy ways to obtain
library card. New scholarships are
available!
Bike to the Library~ Fri.
Sept. 16th all day; bike to the
library and get a free book!
Spanish Series ~Thursdays,
5-6:30 p.m. Starts Sept.22nd. 6
weeks, Spanish basics and
conversation tailored to the
registered participants. Register
on-line at www.mccall.lili.org .
Coming up in October: well-liked “Let’s Talk About It” series of book
discussions led by scholar speaker return to McCall. This year theme: “Working: Making
a Living, Making a Life”.
“Let’s Talk About It” is a component of events connected with “The Way We Worked”,
traveling Smithsonian exhibit coming to McCall in late October.
