A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. REVISING
EXISTING AND ESTABLISHING NEW USER FEES FOR LYNWOOD MEDIA
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1291 to establish a fee and
service charge Revenue Cost Comparison System to provide a source for recovery of
costs reasonably home, and

WHEREAS, in fiscal year i992/S3 the - o.,,a unt l,,.,
for the City's cable services to become revenue generating; and
WHEREAS, in October 1993 the City of Lynwood adopted a resolution
establishing a fee schedule for cable production services; and
WHEREAS. the Lynwood Information, Inc. Board Members desire to continue
generating revenue to help offset the cost of the services provided by Lynwood Media
Services; and
NOW THEREFORE, the Lynwood Information, Inc. Board Members of the City
of Lynwood DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
Section I. That the Lynwood Information, Inc. Board Members do hereby revise
existing and establish new user fees for cable production services in accordance with
adopted Revenue Cost Comparison System.
Section 2. That the revised fees for Lynwood Media Services are incorporated
into the fee schedule as follows:
Video Production Services.
Videotape Duplication -
30 minutes
$15.00
60 minutes
$30.00
90 minutes
$35.00
120 minutes
$40.00
Section 3. That the new fees for Lynwood Media Services are incorporated into
the fee schedule as follows.
Video Production Services:
Commercial Advertisements -
Package #7- Customer's photo or logo graphics
and music (no set -up fee required) $200.00
Special Events -
Package #2- Three camera switching using mobile van
Custom edit; music and crew; one videotape copy of
finished product (set -up fee required) $2,000.00
Weddings -
Package #4- HI8, BETA, SUPER VHS, 3/4" OR 1/2" formats for
videotaping of ceremony, reception, childhood montage
and testimonials; includes edit, music, montage, interlude
and one copy of finished product (set -up fee required) $600.00
Extras -
Production Mobile Van Shoot
Copy writing, Proofreading and/or Editing Services $25.00 per hr
Certificate Preparation $2.00 per item
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
