A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC.
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO COVER OUTSTANDING
ENCUMBRANCES AT YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 1996
WHEREAS, the Agency Board Members adopted the annual operating budget
on July 16, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Lynwood Information, Inc. has closed its accounting records for
F Y 1995 -96, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reappropriate funds to cover payments for
outstanding obligations at fiscal year ending June 30, 1996, and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Lynwood Information, Inc
does hereby find, order, and resolve as follows
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the following
appropriations

Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption
