" Ted Herron, of the Housing Authority, explained that the City }! would deposit $300,000 in a special account. The Housing Authorit would deposit $100,000 in the account the first year, $150,000 the second year and $150,000 the third year. As the Housing Authority deposits money in the account, the City money would be withdrawn. Motion seconded by Light Councilman Wade and carried. Resolution Councilman Brant requested that Mike Bates contact the Highway Ellis Department regarding the new section of Ellis Boulevard. The Boulevard. intersection should either be lighted or have lines painted so the lanes are clearly outlined.
