Zoning Commission about two and one-half years ago, but this is a inew application; the Farm Bureau application is entirely new. Bill No. 142 was read the third time by title and Councilman Hequembourg requested that the Bill be amended as follows : In the Title - strike the words "relating to the design and construction of a new City Hall Facility" and insert the words : "relating to the preliminary design and site evaluation of a new City Hall Facility". Also, change Sections 1 and 2 to read as follows: "Section 1 . The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with Architects Alliance, Inc. , said contract for the preliminary design and site evaluation of a new City Hall Facility. "Section 2 . Said contract shall read in words and figures as set forth in Exhibit A, Phase 1 only, attached hereto and made a , part hereof as though fully set forth herein. All subsequent - . phases shall be approved by the City Council in Ordinance form." - ,- -- i . , Councilman Hequembourg stated the Council was approving , .
