SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, September 23, 1985
: Call to A Special Council Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. with
Order Mayor Hartsfield presiding.
: Roll Call The following Council Members were present:
Present : Borgmeyer, Gordon, Halsey, Huffman, Veile and

Woodman
Absent: Davis, Haake, Nelson and Viessman
A quorum was declared present
Consent The first item of business was the Consent Agenda, which included
Agenda the following bid:
Bid No. (XXX) Corrugated Pipe, Public Works Dept. '
• Councilman Gordon moved that the Consent Agenda be approved,
motion was seconded by Councilman Halsey, and approved.
Adjournment There being no further business, Councilman Gordon moved that the
meeting be adjourned, motion was seconded by Councilman
Borgmeyer, and approved.
