REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, July 19 , 1982
The regular Council meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 p.m. with
Mayor Hartsfield presiding.
Prayer was offered by Rev. Robert Klein, Our Saviors Lutheran
Church.
Councilmen present: Blume, Borgmeyer, Davis , Gordon, Halsey, Roll
Hequembourg, Kliegel, Lock and Scheulen. Call.
Councilmen absent: Roark.
A quorum was present.
Mayor Hartsfield presented a key to the City to Bill Wiseh Who is
resigning from the Park Board after fifteen years of service.
The Consent Agenda included Council Minutes of July 6 , 1982 , Ad-
ministrator' s Report, Finance Report, Audit Report and awarding
the following bids :
#185 : Descaling Compound - No Recommendation Consent Agenda
#224: Tool Assortment with Chest - No Recommendation '
#228: Sanitary Sewer Pipe - TAMCO SUPPLY, Jefferson City, MO.
& H & S UNDERGROUND, Kansas City, MO.

Upon motion by Councilman Blume, seconded by Councilman Halsey
the Consent Agenda was approved.
Minutes of the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting hold July 8, Minutes,
1982 , were received and are on file in the City Clerk' s Office.

REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, July 19 , 1982
• R82-11 Resolution No. R82-ll was taken from the Informal Calendar. This
Resolution is regarding bidopwardad After a brief discussion upon
motion by Councilman Halsey, seconded by Councilman Blume the
Resolution was adopted. .
Miry Hamburg reported on the recent annexation meeting with
residents of the area proposed to be annexed. He stated there
Annexation were approximately 30-40 people in attendance.with city staff
answering questions regarding annexation. Councilman Borgmeyer
commended City staff on their preparedness for the meeting. He
reported that the meeting for Area III will be held on July 20th
and in Area I the people will be contacted individually as there
are only two property owners .
