AUTHORIZING BIDS —
INDUSTRIAL ROAD DRAINAGE CULVERT INVESTIGATION PROJECT
NVHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in
need of a Industrial Road Drainage Culvert Investigation Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are
hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications for the Industrial
Road Drainage Culvert Investigation Project and are further
authorized to advertise for the receipt of formal bid proposals
therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 25 day of April, 2013
and certified as a time copy the
original on April 26, 2013.
