The Special Council Meeting was called to order at 5:15 P.M. with Mayor call to
Order
Hartsfield presiding. k3=
Councilmen Present: Blume, Borgmeyer, Davis, Halsey, Kliegel, Roll Call
Lock, Roark and Scheulen.
=r: Councilmen Absent: Gordon and Hequembourg.
A quorum was present:

Councilman Blume moved that the Council go into Executive Session, the Executive
motion was seconded by Councilman Roark, and approved by the Session
following vote:
Aye: Blume, Borgmeyer, Davis, Halsey, Kliegel, Lock, Roark and
Scheulen.
Nay: None.
After the close of Executive Session, the following bills were introduced Intro. of Bills
for considerate n:
Bill 82-192, sponsored by Councilman Borgmeyer, entitled: 82-192
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING A supplemental
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND Appropriation
BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND.
Councilman Borprneyr.r requested that the rules be suspended and Bill
82-192 be placed on final passage for vote.
} Bill 82-192 was read second the third time by title, placed on final
passage, and passed by the following vote as Ordinance No. 9947:
Aye: Blume, Borgreyer, Davis, llaI scy, Kliegel , Lock , Roark and
Scheulen.
Nay: None.
Bill 82-193, sponsored by Councilman Borgmeyer, entitled: 82. 193
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING THE Contract for
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH LEWIS, RICE, Legal
TUCKER, ALLEN AND CHUL3B FOR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES FOR Services
THE SUM OF $50,000.
? Councilman Borgmeyer requested that the rules be suspended and 13111

passage, and passed by the following vote as Ordinance No. 9948:

Council Member Lock moved that the meeting adourn, the motion was Adjournment
seconded by Councilman Blume, and approved.
