Order The following Council Members were present: Roll Call Present: Borgmeyer, Davis, Gordon, Haake, Halsey, Hequembourg, Nelson and Viessman Absent: Huffman and Kliegel. A quorum was declared present. The first item of business was pending bills . Pending Bill 84-204, sponsored by Councilman Hequembourg, entitled: 84-204 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING THE Street Name NAME OF A PORTION OF NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE TO WEST TRUMAN Change BOULEVARD. Bill 84-204 was read third time by title, placed on final passage, and passed by the following vote as Ordinance No. 10386: Aye: Borgmeyer, Davis, Gordon, Haake, *Halsey, Hequembourg, Nelson and Viessman. Nay: None. Mayor Hartsfield announced that he will sign Bill 84-209 as it 84-209 was amended, pertaining to the increase Transit fares . Signed Mayor Hartsfield also announced that after a poll of police Police officers, the color of police cars will remain black and white. Cars The vote was 33 to 18 to retain black and white. There being no further business , a motion was made, seconded and Adjournment approved that the meeting be adjourned. I , ! I * Councilman Halsey stated that he would vote in favor of Bill 84 204 which changes a portion of N. Ten Mile Drive to Truma,� Boulevard, but that he would not vote in favor of extensions two and three which would change the name of McCarty Street to Trumai 1 Boulevard. i .
