A Special Council Meeting was called to order at 7:45 A.M. with
Mayor George Hartsfield presiding.
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Barnicle, Haake, Nelson, Scheulen, Veile and
Woodman.
Absent: Borgmeyer, Davis, Gordon and Halsey.
A quorum was declared present.
Councilman Barnicle moved to adjourn into Executive Session for
the purpose of discussing real estate. Councilman Scheulen
seconded and it was approved by the following vote:
Aye: Barnicle, Haake, Nelson, Scheulen, Veile and Woodman.
Nay: None.
Councilmen Borgmeyer, Davis, Gordon and Halsey came into the
meeting nnring Txecutive Session.
