Councilman Schelde!) roquosted a nuspennion of the rulon for thin bill . There was no objection and Hill 90-97 won road third time by title, placed on final passage. At the request of Councilman Voile, City Administrator Dave ,=,>. Johnston summarized for the Council the provision of the agreement . s: Councilman Feldman questioned how thin agreement would be effected if the proposed annexation was rejected by the voters . Mr. Johnston stated that the area to be purchased by MOSERS will be voluntarily annexed at a future date. (See Note ) `? Councilman Mason questioned whether or not the timeframe contained in the contract was reasonable and was informed that City staff Y felt it was very reasonable. Councilman Scheulen stated that he felt the citizens should realize this contract was part of a much larger development plan for this • area and that more than just streets was involved in this issue. After further discussion on the total cost of the project and the overall importance of this project, Councilman Haake called for the question. Councilman Mason seconded the call and it was approved. Bill 90-97 was passed by the following vote as Ordinance No. 11481 . Aye: Feldman, Gordon, Haake, Mason, Owens, Scheulen, Veils, Vincent, and Woodman. Nay: None. • 0 * 1 As there was no further business on the Agenda for this Special Meeting, Councilman Scheulen moved the meeting be adjourned.
