At this time, the Mayor will call for any comments from the public on any subject whether or not it is on the agenda for any item(s) the public may wish to bring forward and discuss.
Please limit comments to three (3) minutes. The City Council does not take any action or make any decisions during public comment. To request Council action during the Business portion
of a Council meeting, contact the City Manager at least one week in advance of a meeting.

All matters which are listed within the consent section of the agenda have been distributed to each member of the McCall City Council for reading and study. Items listed are considered
routine by the Council and will be enacted with one motion unless a Council Member specifically requests it to be removed from the Consent Agenda to be considered separately. Staff
recommends approval of the following items:

7:00 p.m. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Personnel – Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1) (b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee,
staff member or individual agent, or public school student; and
Exempt Records – Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1) (d) To consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided in chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code; and
Litigation – Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)(f): To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation,
or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.
