SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, NOVEMBER 11, 1991

A Special Council Meeting of November 11, 1991, was called to order
at 10:30 P.M. with President Pro Tempore Judy Owens presiding.
The following Council Members were present:
Present.: Feldman, flasks, Halsey, Owens, Scheulen, Vincent,
and Wrigley.
Absent: Gordon, Mason and Woodman.
A quorum was declared present.
President Pro Tempore Owens announced the purpose of the meeting
was to discuss passage and approval of Resolution 91-16, Capital
Improvement Sales Tax Projects.
Councilman Halsey moved approval of RS91-16, Capital Improvement
Sales Tax Projects. Councilman Vincent seconded the motion.
Councilman Vincent moved to amend RS91-16 by calling for the
informational meeting for the public to be held at 6: 30 p.m. on
Monday, November 10, 1991, for an unlimited amount of time.
Councilman Feldman seconded the amendment and it was approved.
After some dincussion on the list of projects and the need to
clarify to the public thin is just the potential, preliminary,
proposed projects, Councilman Wrigley called for the question.
Councilman Halsey seconded the call and it wan approved.
The motion for approval of RS91-16 as amended was approved.
As there was no further business to come before the Council,
Councilman Haake moved the meeting be adjourned. Councilman Owens
seconded the motion and it was approved. The Special Council
Meeting adjourned at approximately 10:40 p.m.
