Councilman Vincent questioned if these had come before the • Council for approval and was informed this is not the usual procedure. Councilman Vincent stated he would like to be kept informed of these types of events in the future. NEW BUSINESS: City Administrator Dave Johnston informed the Council of the holidays that were involved in the month of January and recommended the Council hold only one meeting in January. Councilman Wrigley . moved to hold one meeting in January on Monday, January 13 , 1992 , at 7:30 p.m. Councilman Scheulen seconded the motion and it was approved. . . # # # Councilman Wrigley moved that when the City Council is in Executive Session considering the evaluation of the City Administrator, all City staff be excused and not required or allowed to stay in the meeting.
