I, the undersigned publisher or editor of the
Lakeshore Weekly News, swear that said

PUBLIC NOTICE
ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO.297
The City Council of the City of Medina has adopted
Ordinance No. 297. The ordinance amends the city's wet-
lands regulations by adopting state law by reference. The
new ordinance establishes the city as the local government
unit responsible for wetland regulation in Medina. A wet-
lands technical evaluation panel is established to review
wetlands matters. The panel will be comprised of the city
engineer,. a person appointed by the Minnesota boatd of
water and soil resources and someone from the Hennepin
County conservation district. By incorporating state law,
the ordinance allows the city to have a say in wetland loss,
mitigation, and replacement matters arising in Medina. A
full copy of the ordinance is on file at city hall in the office
of the clerk -treasurer and may be reviewed during regu-
lar business hours.
