Items listed are considered routine by the Council and will be enacted with one motion unless a Council Member specifically requests it to be removed from the Consent Agenda to be considered separately. Staff recommends approval of the following items: Payroll Report for Period ending April 25, 2014 Warrant Registers 7:55 p.m. EXECUTIVE SESSION Litigation – Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)(f): To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.
