FY14 Budget Development Assumptions 12:15-12:25
Revenue forecasts, Personnel costs, and Department Expenditure requests are included in the budget worksheet
Growth & Annexation Property Taxes: $27,000 (estimated at this time), no estimate for Growth at this time (staff will perform more detailed analysis to determine eligible growth)
New Building Permits slightly higher than FY13 actual (15 EDUs)
New Connections: Water estimates 20 connections and Sewer estimates 20 connections
Inter-Fund Transfers: not re-calculated yet (FY14 calculations used at this time)
Salaries include 3% merit, health insurance increase estimated at 15%, and no increase for dental and vision
