The following Council Members were present:
Present: Benton,Bernakoetter,Byrd, Estes, Green,Haake, Halsey,Nilges
lj and Wrigley
11 Absent: Bertel
A quorum was declared present.

The purpose of the Executive Session was for interviewing candidates for the position
of Planning and Code Enforcement Director. Three candidates were interviewed.
