The Special Council Meeting of October 17, 1994, was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with
Mayor Louise Gardner presiding.

Bill 94-112, sponsored by Councilman Green, entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF DIX ACRES, SECTION TWO, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
Councilman Green asked that the rules be suspended and Bill 94-112 placed on final
passage. There were no objections to the suspension of the rules.
Bill 94-112 was read second and third times by title, placed on final passage, and
passed by the following vote as Ordinance 12166:
Aye: Barnicle,-Bertel, Byrd, Estes-Benward, Green, Haake and Nilges.
Nay: None
City Counselor Allen Garner submitted a change order for asbestos abatement a, nine
properties being demolished in north Jefferson City. Councilman Green moved to
accept the change order as submitted by City Counselor Garner. The motion was
seconded by Councilman Byrd and approved.

There being no further business, Councilman Green moved that the meeting be ;
Li adjourned, second by Councilman Bertel, and approved. The meeting was adjourned
at 7:34 p.m.
