Councilman Green stated that the information he requested regarding item (c) at the

City Administrator. After a lengthy discussion, Councilman Halsey moved that the
Council vote on item (c) at this time, seconded by Councilman Haake. After further
t discussion, Councilman Halsey withdrew his motion, and Councilman Haake withdrew
his second. Councilman Byrd moved that items (a) and (b) be approved at this time,
seconded by Councilman Bertel, and approved. Councilman Halsey moved to add
"personnel" to the Executive Session agenda and continue discussion on item (c) at
that time, then reconvene into regular session to vote on item (c). Motion was

Councilman Green explained the purpose of Bill 94-117, followed by a lengthy
discussion of the bill. Councilman Wrigley moved that Sec. 35-i (Prohibited Home
Occupations) of Bill 94-117 be amended by adding language as folk vs: ,
2. Any home occupation that involves the congregaticn of non-resident 6'
employees at a dwelling unit on a regular basis;
Motion to amend was seconded by Councilman Green, and approved. Councilman
