Mayor Gardner made the following announcements: Mayor Gardner made a report on her participation in the recent U.S. Conference of Mayors Leadership Meeting which she attended. She also distributed information to the Council on possible changes in the future on the federal level which could affect i cities throughout the country. She stated that of special interest was the fact that the � ;;; unfunded federal mandates bill may be passed at the current legislative session.
