An executive session of the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana will be
held on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 6:15 P.M. in the Council Conference Room located on

Common Council will meet for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation
or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used
