SECTION 42-1, ENTITLED "POLICE DEPARTMENT"
BE IT ORDAINED that the Code of the Borough of Carteret Section 42-1 is
amended to twelve (12) Sergeants in the Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage and publication as provided by law.
