MINNESOTA My Commission Expires Jan. 31, 2000 CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE #300 AMENDING THE MEDINA ZONING MAP REGARDING PROPERTY IN SEC- TION 11, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 23 The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows: Section 1. The property located in Medina and legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby rezoned from Rural Commercial/Industrial to Urban Commercial/Industrial and the Medina zoning adminis- trator is hereby authorized and directed to cause the city zoning map to be changed to reflect the new zoning. Section 2. The property located in Medina and legally from Rural Residential to Urban Commercial/Industrial and the Medina zoning administrator is hereby autho- rized and directed to cause the city zoning map to be changed to reflect the new zoning. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication. Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 16th day of June, 1998.
